Hello
I am Meghan Brooks, the Founder and CEO of Pinnacle Parenting, ABA and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). My passion lies in empowering parents to confidently support their children with special needs. I believe that families are at the heart of every child’s success, and my work focuses on building strong parent-child connections while providing practical, evidence-based strategies.

Through coaching, workshops, and resources, I strive to remind families that they are never alone on this journey. Every parent has the potential to be their child’s greatest advocate, and I am dedicated to equipping caregivers with the knowledge, tools, and support to make meaningful, lasting progress.
My Story
In 2018, I earned my Master’s degree in Psychology from the University of North Florida. After graduation, I began my career as a preschool teacher, where I quickly recognized students who required additional support to thrive in the classroom. This experience inspired me to seek evidence-based methods and strategies to provide individualized care for children with diverse learning and developmental needs, which ultimately led me to the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Through ABA, I have learned that each child’s needs are unique. The field has taught me that meaningful progress comes not from forcing conformity to societal norms, but from enhancing a child’s skills while embracing their individuality. ABA provides a framework to support children in reaching their optimal potential, celebrating their strengths, and honoring their distinctive characteristics.

My purpose in this field is to equip parents with the knowledge, strategies, and tools they need to be the pinnacle of support in their child’s life. By empowering caregivers, we can foster stronger parent-child connections and create environments where children can thrive across home, school, and community settings.
